got another row done on the weekend. cooler temps are prevailing.
also wish i had done some kind of mod to indicate snow/rain as we had more of both this weekend!
another row done
usually once i start decreasing the project seems to go quickly, but maybe because i’m only adding one a day this one seems to drag on. i love how it is looking, but i’m ready for it to be done!
it’s “finish it friday” so i finally put all the pieces of my rhino together,
it came out a little bigger than i had hoped, too big to be a cuddle toy for any of the girls except my minifees. i’m thinking of adding wooden wheels and making it into a ride on toy for the tinies instead. what do you think?
so i’m back on my winter afghan. this has been a fun project and i love the way they are coming out and both so different from each other
eilidh has been busy growing some very unusual pumpkins this year. here is the first of her harvest.
eilidh has been working hard on her first crochet project, a rocket pillow for the boys for christmas. i’m proud of her for attempting something so difficult her first time around!
the warm weather held so i finished my summer tracker squares. still have to add a border and block it though
i’m behind on posting pictures but here is my blanket up to yesterday. you can see by the green that the nights are getting cooler. if the weather holds i’ll finish this in a week, there are freezing temps predicted at night by the weekend so i might have to switch back to my winter one and then hope for another week of warmer weather.
it’s a dinosaur, but close enough to still fit the theme for noah’s room. it’s a rug for beside his bed
or will be once it dries…
