so once we got home from the hospital it got really tough to set up pictures and i kind of flaked on the challenge. but we took some today when crystal and amber tried to help me wrap presents for a swap. lets just say they had a little trouble….
doll-a-day 9- presents
doll-a-day 8- sleepy
lucy and emmie checking out the big bed when it wasn’t in use. they look a little lost in it i think, but they said it was very comfy
doll-a-day 7- snack
the doctors and nurses at the hospital have been absolutely super! i only wish we could say the same for the food….
doll-a-day 4 – worry
emmie is my empathetic one and has a soft spot a mile wide. when she spotted these big “needles” she got really worried!
dont worry little one, those aren’t needles. he gets to drink them 🙂
doll a day 3 – wish
double wish on this one. i really wish i had a good camera with me to get better lighting! but i had to make do with a cell phone camera still, which adds interesting constraints in and of itself.
anyway. just around the curve of the hospital you can see the outdoor playground. but we are in isolation so we can only…wish
doll-a-day 2 – hospital
since school is out of the picture for possibly a very long time we substituted hospital and added the word intrigued for today
lucy and emmie were intrigued by the iv pump
doll a day 1- adventure
lucy and emmie have been keeping my son and me company at the hospital for the past while. for day one lucy chose the word adventure. she climbed into the basket of blood pressure cuffs and decided the preemie one wasnt too bad a fit.
